WHO AM I .......  

 

Having a birth injury known as Erb's Palsy and then being diagnosed with a learning disability later in life has been difficult. During my first semester as an undergrad, an advisor discouraged me from taking a foreign language due to my learning disability; however, this fueled my determination to study my first foreign language…French.

 

I have a passion and determination for learning, studying and researching new things. I believe in studying what you love and you will not work a day in your life. This opportunity would give me a chance to speak and write better in the French language and to boost my career in museums and give me an amazing experience in the French culture. It will give me a chance to study hands on with some of the oldest buildings, archives and cultures in the world.
